Work Breakdown Structure (technical)

The work breakdown structure (WBS) is the basis for the project management. The WBS must ensure that all activities necessary to achieve the project objectives are considered in planning.

Please note: The WBS is not meant to describe any sequence or precedence relationship among the activities.

Numbering is only meant for identification purposes. If any sequence may be apparent within the diagrams below, this was only caused by the mental process used by the author to put together all the activities and ensure completeness.

Pictures below describe the first two levels of work decomposition.
